Terms
Terms of service
Effective 15 August 2026
These terms describe the CloakRDP service. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
The service
CloakRDP provides a managed private Windows workspace with private VPN access and privacy-focused internet egress as described on the public site. CloakRDP prepares the workspace after payment is confirmed, subject to capacity and operational readiness.
The public site describes current product behavior. Features, locations, operating-system templates, and capacity can change.
Accounts
An account is identified by a system-generated customer number and protected by a password you choose. CloakRDP does not require an email address to register and does not run a customer identity-verification (KYC) flow.
You are responsible for storing your customer number, password, and recovery code. CloakRDP cannot reset access by email. If you lose both the password and the recovery code, CloakRDP may be unable to restore the account.
Orders, payment, and billing
Workspace creation follows the plan, location, and operating system you select at checkout, at the commercial price of that plan. When cryptocurrency payment is enabled, an order remains pending until payment is confirmed.
Active workspaces follow a subscription period. Renewal, invoices, and cancellation of a workspace are managed in the client area. These terms do not create a separate refund program.
Acceptable use
You must use the service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. CloakRDP may suspend or terminate accounts or workspaces that violate that policy or that put the platform, other customers, or underlying infrastructure at risk.
Availability
CloakRDP aims to deliver a working workspace after confirmed payment, but preparation time depends on location capacity and configuration. The service is provided as available. This page does not publish a separate uptime guarantee.
Limitation
CloakRDP is not responsible for software you install inside a workspace, for how you use the workspace, or for third-party networks and websites you reach from it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CloakRDP’s responsibility is limited to providing the service described in these terms.
Changes
CloakRDP may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date on this page shows the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
