Monthly billing and renewal
Workspaces follow a subscription period. Renewal and billing details are managed in your client area once your account is active.
Workspace subscriptions renew on a monthly cycle. Renewal and billing history can be reviewed in your client area.
Location & availability
How location selection fits in
Your plan defines the workspace resources. During checkout you choose where your workspace runs from the currently selectable catalog locations. Location availability can change with current capacity.

After you confirm payment, preparation starts automatically. When your workspace is ready, you can enable your VPN access and connect using RDP.
